Amazing customer service and flowers were delivered quickly. My friend loved them and said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I will order flowers again without hesitation!
I was told the recipient would receive a call the day before the delivery to arrange a time. That did not happen.
I asked that the flowers be delivered in the morning. The flowers were not delivered in the morning and consequently were not delivered for my sister’s birthay. I was not offered a discount for these mistakes. Osborne Florists really dropped the ball. I will not be using them again
