I will say the flowers were great (as always) but you gave an "I Love You" heart instead of the red heart I selected and that created quite an .... interesting reaction from my girlfriend who I sent them to whom i've only been dating a short while LOL. Luckily we could make a joke of it, but it left her a little freaked out at work for several hours before I found out what she was sent. I definitely would have preferred you contacting me if you were out of red heart balloons and allowing me to chose one that didn't say "i love you".
The service was very good! We live in Egypt and ordered on line to have flowers sent to my Mom in Winnipeg for her birthday. Getting the 4 update emails to say that my order was confirmed, then one to say it was being made, then on its way, then delivered was so helpful! We felt reassured that my Mom would receive the flowers on time for her special day, especially when we live so far away. Thank you Osborne Florist!
