I placed an on line order. Unfortunately my first plant request was unavailable. I was contacted very quickly and offered several alternative options, as well as assurance that multiple suppliers had been searched for my request. I explained what I was after and felt confident that Osbourne Florists could come up with something suitable. They came through with flying colours and my recipient was delighted with the selection of plants. Would not hesitate to use this florist again, or to highly recommend it to others. Marilyn

Amazing customer service and flowers were delivered quickly. My friend loved them and said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I will order flowers again without hesitation!

I was told the recipient would receive a call the day before the delivery to arrange a time. That did not happen. I asked that the flowers be delivered in the morning. The flowers were not delivered in the morning and consequently were not delivered for my sister’s birthay. I was not offered a discount for these mistakes. Osborne Florists really dropped the ball. I will not be using them again
