Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lauren was great and very efficient, spoke with good mannerism. Flowers were delivered as promised on the day requested. Flowers were gorgeous. The only one thing I would say is to tell the delivery drivers to not advise the Store/Florist that the flowers have been delivered successfully when in fact they were not at that time and still on their rounds as an email prompted me successfully delivered. This just caused a waste of time and money ( ringing from UK), Lauren apologised and guaranteed the Flowers will be delivered and that they were still on the lorry, apart from that excellent service....

Amazing customer service and flowers were delivered quickly. My friend loved them and said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I will order flowers again without hesitation!
I was told the recipient would receive a call the day before the delivery to arrange a time. That did not happen.
I asked that the flowers be delivered in the morning. The flowers were not delivered in the morning and consequently were not delivered for my sister’s birthay. I was not offered a discount for these mistakes. Osborne Florists really dropped the ball. I will not be using them again
