The website was easy to navigate and placing to order was fast and easy. I liked getting updates letting me know when the arrangement was ready for delivery and when it arrived. The only thing I was not pleased with was the the picture of the arrangement I choose and what was actually delivered was very different. The vase in the picture was fluted shape and dark blue and there were more blue/purple flowers in the arrangement picture as opposed to what was delivered. Overall I give it 3 stars.
